Making stress balls can help reduce anxiety in stressful times. Our nerves in our wrists and hands connect directly to the brain. When exerting pressure on a stress ball, the muscles and nerves in these areas stimulate and contract, making them stronger. This helps the functioning of the nervous system and reduces essential hormones, which control stress levels.

You can make a quick, simple stress ball by stuffing an unused balloon with flour and securing the balloon at the end. Check out Amber's tutorial!
