We Love our furry friends! It is scientifically proven that  pets, especially dogs and cats, can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, ease loneliness, encourage exercise and playfulness, and even improve your physical health! Petting or positively interacting with an animal can increase levels of the hormone oxytocin (which helps reduce stress) and decrease production of the stress hormone cortisol.
