Art can benefit us in so many different ways. Making art can help develop the brain by increases attention, strengthening focus, developing hand-eye coordination, and interacting with different mediums and tools. Studies have shown that expressing yourself through art can help if you are struggling with depression and anxiety by releasing the  feel-good neurotransmitter called dopamine.
